How to Become an EBRA Referee
Thank you for your interest in joining the East Bay Referee Association (EBRA).
Current Licensed Referees
If you are a currently licensed referee and would like to join the EBRA group, please contact EBRA General Manager Moe Shafai at: moe@theassignor.com
Once contacted, you will be sent an invitation to join our assigning platform, Assignr, where all referee assignments, communication, and scheduling are managed.
After receiving your invitation and creating your account:
- Please review your Profile page and ensure your information is accurate.
- Enter your:
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Bank information
- W-2 information
To become familiar with the Assignr platform, please review the support resources below:

You will be notified by email when you receive assignments. Please return to Assignr regularly to review, accept, or decline games.

New Referees (Need a Referee License)
If you are new to officiating and do not currently hold a referee license, you must first complete the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) referee certification process.

You will then receive instructions on how to join EBRA and our Assignr platform.
